Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If it's not quite right, you have 30 days from delivery to return unworn items with their original tags attached. This voluntary 30-day window extends the 14-day right of withdrawal granted to consumers under EU law.

How to return an item

1. Reach us through our Contact page (or email support@hazeljuneatelier.com) with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item(s) unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
4. Ship the parcel back to us using the instructions provided.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong product, the cost of returning the item is borne by the customer. If the return is due to our error or a defect, we cover the return shipping.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags and any hygiene seals still attached. We may reduce or decline a refund for items returned worn, damaged or missing tags.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method without undue delay. Refunds typically appear within 14 days of us receiving the item, depending on your bank or card provider.

EU right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us of your decision before the deadline through our Contact page or by email at support@hazeljuneatelier.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory. At Hazel & June Atelier we voluntarily extend this period to 30 days for your convenience.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Under the law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products — for example, made-to-order or personalised items, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you are entitled to the statutory legal guarantee against faulty or non-conforming products under applicable law.
